UPDATE: ‘HI MY NAME IS FLUME’ NOW LIVE
Flume announced new mixtape, ‘Hi This Is Flume’ via Twitter earlier today. The project will be launching on Australian record label Future Classic. I think I can speak for a lot of individuals, including us here at MusicFests365, when I say we really couldn’t be more excited for this drop.
Outside of documentaries filmed in 2018, it has been some time since we’ve had anything new from the Flume camp, with last studio album, Skin, releasing in May of 2016. Skin received amazing reviews in the U.S winning a 2017 Grammy award for Best Dance/Electronic Album and topped charts internationally with hit single, “never be like you”. The release of Skin was quickly followed up by Skin Companion EP 1 in November of 2016, with his last official release, Skin Companion Ep 2 following 3 months later in February of 2017.
