
Tycho’s ‘Weather World Tour’ treks on in celebration of their fifth studio album ‘Weather’, making its way through a plethora of legendary venues including Sydney, Australia’s Sydney Opera House and Japan’s Fuji Rock Festival, the international tour has made landfall in the United States. Taking on the Northeast one stop at a time, the GRAMMY Award-nominated recording group will now take the stage this week at Boston’s Boch Center, New York City’s SummerStage at Central Park and Philadelphia’s Franklin Music Hall before a highly anticipated festival performance at Resonance Music & Arts Festival.
The ‘Weather World Tour’ will see Tycho incorporating live vocals for the first time ever, revealing a powerful new human energy to its already extraordinary live presentation. Longtime Tycho collaborators Zac Brown (bass and guitar), Rory O’Connor (drums), and Billy Kim (keyboards, guitar and bass) will join Scott Hansen on all dates, with Hannah Cottrell traveling as the first Tycho touring vocalist. Providing support for Tycho will be the daytime disco sounds of Poolside.
Tycho, the audio-visual collective led by Scott Hansen, continues to celebrate their latest ‘Weather’ LP with the release of an exclusive remix of ‘Skate’ by Pennsylvania-based bedroom producer, pluko.
