It’s been just over a year since festivals & venues around the country shut down due to COVID-19, & while it’s unclear when festivals will return to other parts of the country, Sunset Music Festival in Tampa is scheduled for May & is on track to go on as of now.

Many festivals in 2020 rescheduled dates, just to have to cancel them after realizing COVID-19 wasn’t something that was gonna last a few weeks, but instead months. The entire 2021 festival season has been up in the air, especially because the laws surrounding wether or not large scale events can come back varies state to state. Florida has been one of the least strict states during the pandemic, so it’s not surprising it’s one of the first states to have a festival come back.

They brought back many of the names from last years planned lineup with only a few changes. The lineup includes names like 12th Planet, Adventure Club, Conrank, Chris Lorenzo B2B Wax Motif, Esseks, LSDream, Lucii, Nghtmre, Nitti Gritti B2B Wuki, Rezz, Seven Lions, Slander, Troyboi, & Zomboy.

SMFTampa has always been a hit in years past & we expect it to do just as well this year, considering how well it does will set precedent for every other major festival coming back in the US.
